Returns Policy
This Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through YRACCARY LLC (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”).
No Returns or Exchanges
All our products are Print on Demand (POD), meaning they are made specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or changed your mind. Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged product or notice a manufacturing defect, we will offer either a free reprint or a refund. To qualify, please:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery using the “Submit Issue” form.
- Provide clear photos showing the issue.
- If multiple items with the same design are affected, include an additional photo or video displaying all affected products in one frame.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If your order was unsuccessfully delivered due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues:
- You may request a reprint at an additional cost or
- Opt for a partial refund (excluding shipping fees).

Shipping Address Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, please note:
- The shipping address must be written exclusively in Latin characters.
- Address Line 1 is limited to 35 characters, and Address Line 2 to 30 characters.
- The Company does not provide address validation services, so it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accuracy when entering shipping details.
Print Placement Tolerance
For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, a 0.5-inch variation in print placement is considered normal and will not be classified as a defect.
